GO! workshop
Learn how to play the oldest known strategic board game in the world, which originated over 4500 years ago. GO! is a game for two players who alternately place their black or white pieces on a board called a goban. The aim of the game is to control certain areas of the board by creating so-called ‘territories’. The rules are quite simple, while the game simultaneously offers an almost unlimited number of possible combinations and situations. GO! has the highest number of players in East Asia but is becoming increasingly popular worldwide.

Professor Josip Barišić, PhD, DVM, head of the fish disease diagnostics laboratory in Scotland, will speak about the ideal living conditions for Koi carp, proper disease prevention, rapid recognition of symptoms, and treatment methods that are important for the survival, longevity, and preservation of the beauty of these fascinating fish. Koi carp require attention and care from owners and breeders to remain healthy and live long in ponds, garden ponds, or aquariums.
